RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of delivery so long as it remains in a saleable condition or you are canceling under the distance selling directive. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser.

Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items that have been opened and used for safety or hygiene reasons, for example: helmets and clothing, goods made to your specification will be considered as custom service and are not returnable, etc. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return using a courier

Within the order packaging, you'll find a despatch note with details of your order and full details about returning items to us.

Note: Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. This does not effect faulty goods which can be returned in accordance with your statutory rights

Checklist (please ensure you follow all the points below to minimise any delay in dealing with your exchanged or returned item(s).

  • Please wrap the item securely for transit, using the manufacturer's original packaging if available, and remember to enclose your despatch note. The customer has a duty to take care of the item both whilst in their possesion and in transit.

  • Include the Returns Number provided to you when going through the returns process on our website.

Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
